The Moremi Reserve is located in the heart of the Okavango Delta, thus Khwai's renowned for its large concentration of wildlife such as the elephants, buffalo, zebra and the occasional predators like lions and cheetahs. This spectacular array of animals can also be viewed from the guest's own private decks.

Children over the age of 8 years are allowed at the camp. It is a camp requirement that children between 8 and 12 years old share accommodation with an adult and take private game activities.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival will incur 100% of the cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made two to four weeks prior to arrival will incur 75% of the cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made four to 12 weeks prior to arrival will incur 50% of the cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made more than 12 weeks from arrival will incur 20% of the cancellation charges.
