Cancellation policy

No-shows will receive no refund and the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations informed less than 8 weeks before the reservation date will forfeit the deposit + 25% of the booking.
Cancellations informed less than 4 weeks before the reservation date will forfeit the deposit + 50% of the booking.
Cancellations informed less than 3 weeks before the reservation date will forfeit the deposit + 60% of the booking.
Cancellations informed less than 2 weeks before the reservation date will forfeit 100% of the booking.

Children Policy

Children 17 years old and older will pay the full price
Children 12 - 16 years old sharing with the parents will pay 60% of the adult rate
Children 6 - 11 years old sharing with the parents will pay 35% of the adult rate
Children 0 - 5 years old sharing with the parents can stay free
